In this area, the reports are similar to the district data reports. The school level administrators have access only to this level of the report suite when they login. The functionality of all these reports are similar to the reports in the LinkIt Test Results area. This category is typically used for State level assessment data that is uploaded to the system as well as 3 rd party data such as DIBELS, NWEA and AimsWeb. LinkIt! refers to all assessments that are not delivered by LinkIt! as "Legacy Results" thought they are not necessarily historical. Click on the triangle next to "Legacy Test Results" and this reports gives you several report that gives you current disaggregation of your overall student achievement of all the legacy test data in color coded Mastery Levels in all subject areas from other assessment programs given over time along with LinkIt! Assessments. You can also click the printer icon with the Q in the circle on the top-right of the report, you Quick Print all of the reports that are currently open. This icon is known as the "switch view" icon. When you click on the circle with the arrows in the upper right corner of the report you can view this data in a table. When you roll your cursor over each of the color bands in the graphs, a data tip box appears that gives you a total percentage students and data size or total number of students in that data set. The functionality of each of these reports are all similar. 
Click on the triangle next to "LinkIt Test Results" and this report gives you several reports that gives you current disaggregation of your overall student achievement by Subject, Grade, Program, Gender and Race in adjustable color coded percentage correct Mastery Levels and Average Scores. The Top Bar gives you an Summary Total of all your Students, Teachers and StudentsĬlick on the triangle next "Student Demographics" and this report gives you a current disaggregation of the entire student population into Race and Gender.Ĭlick on the Triangle next to "Programs" and this report gives you a current disaggregation of the data for your Special Programs in the district. In the center of the dashboard are four bands that drop-down into district-wide summary reports on Student Demographics, Programs, LinkIt! Test Results and Legacy Test Results. Under your State and District, you can adjust the time period of data you want to view and analyze by clicking on the calendar symbol in the circle next to the current year dates. All dashboard data is loaded "live" each time you login to the system, meaning that you do not have to "create" these district-wide summary reports. LinkIt!'s dashboard opens with your registered State and District automatically in the upper left-hand corner of the dashboard. Which dashboard you see depends on your login privileges. 
Currently, dashboards are available at the teacher, school and district levels. When the browser opens up after logging in, the first screen you will see is your DASHBOARD.
